Q: How do I sign up for the Mass 24 hour course?

Q: How can I pay for the course?
A: We take cash, money order, checks or credit card.  To pay via credit card simply fax us a registration form and we will email you instructions on paying with a credit card.

Q: Can I pay at the door?
A: We are unable to accomodate for this as we book our rooms based on the number of people we have signed up and paid.  You must pre-register and pre-pay in order to have a reserved seat.

Q: Is the 24 Massachusetts residential lending course offered online?
A: Per the Division of Banks this course must be classroom style.  Sorry, no online courses for this initial 24 hours.

Q: When is my continuing education due for MA?
A: CE is due at renewal time, December 2009.

Q: Can I take CE through Lending Lighthouse School of Mortgage?
A: Because the deadline for CE is over a year away we have not yet posted our CE courses.  Come back in 2009 for a list of available CE courses.

Q: How much does the Mass 24 hour course cost?
A: Current price is $300

Q: I am from out of state, what can I do?
A: If you are able to assemble a group of loan officers in your area we are willing to travel to you.  Call us for more details.
